"Room was comfy, bed with soft and firm pillows, shower had very good preassure. The water in the region was making my skin very dry, meaning my hands were peeling after every handwash."

"It is a small hotel. No onsite restaurant, but plenty of decent cafes and restaurants nearby. Free coffee and biscuits in the lounge. Very clean. Everything works as it should. Staff are helpful. There is no specific left luggage room, just a space underneath the stairs. Shower was good in my room. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others."

"From when I arrived, the friendliness and welcoming nature of the staff was apparent, they could not do more for me, it was just fantastic, then when I went up to the room, the room was also so beautiful presented. Bathroom is modern, rainwater showerhead was great, the balcony was well used and appreciated, and the king size bed was luxurious. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful, I had a great time."

"Wonderful location for a Cairns stay. Have been to Cairns several times and stayed at various hotels and found The Benson to be in the best location, easy to walk to dining options and to the marina or Cairns Central etc. "
